Whipped cottage cheese - sweet or savory. Replace cream cheese with whipped cottage cheese and you get a boost in protein and calcium. Use food processor to blend/aerate on high until cottage cheese becomes silky smooth. Make a sweet cheesecake bite with berries and dark chocolate drizzle on graham cracker (tastes great frozen!) or the perfect savory bite with tomato and balsamic vinegar on a ranch mini rice cake 😋👍
